I never even got a service! I walked in and sat at the front for an hour while my ride left because I was supposed to be getting my nails done. No one ever said "welcome", "hi", "what can we do for you", never even got acknowledged. I eventually left crying because of how uncomfortable and unwelcome I felt. Would not recommend.

They made me feel unwelcome from the time I got there to the time I left! The guy that did my nails when I told him where I lived he said well why did you come here if you live in moraine said I should have went somewhere over there said that a full set was 100 I said that was fine and he kept acting like it was such a big deal I just ended up getting a fill in and then persisted to tell me that the reason why people don't like doing new sets on me is because my nails were to long! I wear them normal length mind you. I won't be back he successfully ran me out for good!

I had the best experience at this nail salon! Jenna, the manager did a great job! She took her time and made sure my nails looked perfect. The entire staff is fun and welcoming and they all speak near perfect English which is great when it comes to trying to understand what they ask you and trying to tell them what you want. The place is very nice looking and clean. I was very impressed and this is the best nail salon I have ever been too!

Don’t even waste your gas or your time. Second time I have walked into this place with an appointment and was ignored- still thirty minutes later no one helped me. I asked “sir is anyone available for my 4:30 appointment ?” His response was that he was running behind and that I can just “go”. I have no idea how this place is in business.

HORRIBLE Only wrote 5 stars to grab attenchion. I set an appointment yesterday and walked out car back for my appointment and they cancelled it. I’ve been going here for years and pay well over $100 for both me and my daughter EVERY TIME I come and they treated me like scum since they opened back up. I use to pride them on customer service but absolutely not. If u want good service great shaped nails and a hard working well deserving nail tech go to l.u.s.h. Nails. They are amazing
