Got cellulitis from receiving a pedicure here. The technician was nice but rough with the tools and REALLY dug deep into the nail bed creating a wound and introducing bacteria. I now have to be on doxycycline and potentially go to the ER since it hasn’t improved in a few days. I should have said something as pedicures can be painful, but never excruciating. I figured the tech is the expert and obviously knows what they’re doing. Always speak up if you’re in pain.

I love going here. I live in Mission Viejo but take the time to come to this place for their consistency and easiness to make an appointment online. I like to make my appointments with Jenny since I really appreciate her technique and skills! Ive recommended a couple of my friends to this place as well! Pricing is consistent and fair in comparison to other salons. Definitely worth checking out.

I had been to plenty nail salons but so far Polish Nail is always my favorite and priority. Its been a year since I started coming here, I usually texted them to make appointment and sent them picture of the design I wanted so they could set up the time for me, of course I never disappointed every time I came. Make sure you make appointment if you don’t want to wait so long if you walk in. I always came for acrylic full set or fill and pedicure and designs for sure. All the staffs were nice and friendly but I highly recommend Steven, he was always so patient and he could do any design I asked for. I like how my nails came out very natural and not uncomfortable when wearing them. I am so happy I found my favorite nail tech. 10 stars for sure if I could 🥰❤️

Annie did an amazing job with my gel manicure! She went above and beyond, focusing on even the smallest details. The final result was outstanding and I couldn't be happier. This was my first time visiting this nail salon and I am convinced that I won't be going anywhere else. The service provided by Annie was exceptional, and I highly recommend her for anyone in need of a top-notch gel manicure. I can't wait to come back!

Really lovely nail salon with excellent service. I came in for a gel manicure last week and a couple nails started chipping a few days later (I've had several manicures from here and never had that happen before!), and they fixed the chipped nails no questions asked and with no fuss. I really appreciate the excellent service they give and how well they treat their customers. Also, Jenny is super talented and I'd ask for her if she's available!
