Staff was friendly and nice but Sadly my nails didn’t make it 24 hours without breaking. Wanted dip powder manicure and was tried to be talked out of it for gel a few times but stood my ground. Should have switched since the dip has not been applied well. Half the nail broke off in about 13 hours. Glued it back on trying to just deal with it but then the next day the other half broke off. Will be paying to get a new set at a new location.

Absolutely love that I switched to this salon for my manicures. They take their time and results last way longer than my old salon. The place is clean, staff is fun and caring. Very friendly environment and I look forward to going back!

I went to this salon once and will not be going back. I got dip powder and within 3 hours of going home, I had 2 nails crack and the top coat polish was peeling off. I did not bump my nails against anything or do anything that would have caused the cracks. I had to wait to go back the next morning because the salon was closed. While they fixed it for free, after leaving I noticed that the nails on my 3 middle fingers on my left hand had dents in them. Additionally, the nail artist told me to “be gentler” on my nails… no dip powder nails should be weak enough to crack, especially within hours of getting them done. Terrible experience. Update: two days later another nail broke.

I ALWAYS have an amazing experience at Polish Nail Spa. I have been going to Jennifer for a few years now and she never disappoints. I usually give her creative control and she always knows what I like. Here are a few looks that she’s done but has done plenty in the past for me! She even did my nails for my wedding in April. Highly recommend her and the staff as they always make me feel welcome and make sure I have a great spa experience. Thank you Jennifer for always taking care of me 😁
