Customer Reviews
I had a gel nail manicure done here, and it was absolutely fantastic. Would highly recommend (plus they were playing Somebody Feed Phil on the tv and was excellent choice in entertainment) Edit to add, 2 weeks later, just had them done again and another incredible experience. 10/10.
Nails were decent, not great. I had Sydney, and the main issue was health and professionalism. Tools appeared to be reused between clients without proper sanitation, which is a serious concern. During my service, my hand was repeatedly hit with the file and I was blamed for “messing up,” along with comments like “clients like you, ugh.” I was also repeatedly told I “only” have pretty hair and not a pretty face, even after another client complimented me, which was uncomfortable and unnecessary. I was asked for a larger tip at the end despite the experience. Overall, the nails were okay, but the lack of sanitation and professionalism made this a place I wouldn’t return to.
So I first wanted acrylic nails. It was a Spanish lady in there. Slim build, bun in her hair. As I’m getting a pedicure she’s deciding that she wants to do my nails because that way you can get everything done at once. So she’s putting the acrylic nails on my fingers and the nails are too big. The nails are crooked and there is too much glue on my nails. I told her that I didn’t like it, and she’s still trying to do my nails. I told her don’t touch my fingers. Lucy (the owner) told me that my nails would last me a month. She specifically said that my gel press ons would last me a month. I wasted my money and my time. Now to think of it, she wanted to rush and make a quick buck because I originally wanted acrylic nails and she said no no gel nails is better. Never going back here again. Do
I wish I saw the reviews before coming here. I came and got my nails and toes done. When it came time to pay they said I could tip on the card but to tip on the card it would have to be 20% minimum. I was like respectfully that’s crazy and a lot, this is not a restaurant. So I said I would do cash, and handed her cash and she caught an attitude and said that it wasn’t enough. Like excuse me? This is literally getting out of hand. I don’t mind tipping but let’s not forget that tipping is optional and I should not be shaken down for it. And to top it off, they didn’t even last, so you want a tip and start acting crazy because I didn’t “tip enough” and then the nail comes off a week later??? Bye. Find somewhere else people please!
very unhappy with the service. the lady who did my nails was aggressive and even made my cuticles bleed. the gel looks uneven and clumpy and rushed. Also, the lady put my shoes back on with the toes still wet. they were a mess when i got home. although the price isn’t bad, I will not be returning to this location.
