Zero Points Review: ▪️ Horribly BAD SERVICE. ▪️A do-Not visit place ▪️OBJECTIONABLE ATTITUDE WITH LADIES. 📍THE MAN DOING NAILS NEEDS TO BE REPORTED AGAINST AT THE GOVERNMENT DEPARTMENT. He wont give his name when asked. ▪️They mistreat the customers especially the ladies ▪️Their skills at applying nail paint is horribly bad. Their service is poor. ▪️they are unapologetic when their bad service is pointed out. ▪️we will not visit this place again. ▪️Customers are advised not to patronize this place lest they’d be shocked with bad Service. ▪️The card is in the photos

I was visiting from out of town and this place was nearby our stay. I did not have an appointment nor was the place packed. I needed a pedicure for a wedding. My pedicure was ok. My tech was nice and did a decent job. However, what this place lacks is warmth and kindness. If you're looking for the typical happy, conversational, relaxation nail place, it won't be here. The employees barely said a single word to each other or to their clients. A smile or a simple "how are you," "how's your day going" is all they need to work on.

super cute and nice place, all the staff members were so friendly, helpful, and considerate. the receptionist and both nail techs were so nice and explained everything we needed help with. the color she chose for me matched perfectly with my reference photo. my nail tech was super careful and detailed with everything and even redid my nail without being asked, which i was so geateful for. we also talked the entire time we were there and i had an amazing experience overall :)

I miss this place so much since I moved further. One of the few places in the city that actually does a massage as part of nail work. Amazing staff and quality of service - hands down the best in Chicago! Oh and: no strong smells, just a v nice and mostly white (depends on time) place. But regardless of how busy they are service is always top notch! I’ve never felt rushed! Can’t believe other places in the city charge so much more and are really just no good in comparison.

Naz is amazing and I won’t go anywhere else! I’ve been coming to see her for gel for over a year now. I do manis and pedis with her. Wonderfully clean shop and lots of colors to choose from. Thank you!!!
