I had an appointment and was left sitting for 45 minutes without a single person acknowledging me. Turns out the receptionist just up and left without telling anyone. I had to go up and ask someone what was going on — she was dressed completely inappropriately (mini skirt with her butt cheeks hanging out) and casually told me, “Oh, the receptionist left. She said you can come in tomorrow.” That was it. No apology, no explanation. Meanwhile, kids were running around screaming and playing like it was a daycare. The entire place was completely unprofessional, chaotic, and honestly, embarrassing. I walked out without getting my treatment and won’t be coming back for my second dose. Save yourself the time and don’t bother with this place.

I shop for value, and rarely stay in one place unless it gives me reason to. If it promises to help you look younger, I've tried it, and few things actually live up to the hype. I bought a set of 3 Groupons for "Ultrasonic Face/Neck Rejuvenation", because I am hating my neck and jowls as of late. Very nice girl but I won't be returning. It was my first time ever doing anything like this. I drove an hour there, she touched my face for 15 min and that was it and the visit was very unpleasant. No music at all, and there was people there working on rooms making all kinds of noises. Just a real bad first experience for me.

I have never tried the Ultrasonic Cavitation procedure so after reading great reviews about it I was excited to give it a try. I met with Caitlin and she asked thorough questions to make sure I was a good candidate. When I told her I have had Hypothyroidism since I was 6, she gave me honest feedback regarding the results or lack of results I would probably see due to my disease. So many companies scam people out of money, promising miracle results without any regard for the people they hurt. Not this company. Even though I was disappointed, I was overwhelmed by Caitlin’s honesty, integrity, and compassion for others. I would recommend sculpt shop to anyone able to do it! I
