Lovely little shop, Kim was welcoming and kind and I wasn’t even her client. Stephanie was my stylist and she was the most helpful and thoughtful person I have ever had cut my hair. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs a great cut and to feel welcome.

Great place to take the family. My son and I went for fades every few weeks and stayed for the conversations with Kim and her staff. Wife also used to get her hair and nails done! Best haircuts in Madison (:
I loved my visit to Poise and Polished! I decided to cut my hair after years of growing it out, and wanted it cut short ASAP. I booked with Stephanie and was NOT disappointed. I showed a reference photo and she captured it PERFECTLY! Plus they don't charge extra just for having long hair. I will 100% be returning
