She really listened to my every concern, every area that needed extra attention and tailored the entire session around what my body actually needed. My range of movement improved immediately, especially in my neck and shoulder, and I left feeling like a completely different person. She’s warm, friendly, and genuinely easy to talk to, all while staying completely professional. I have never had a massage and Polly was the most informative and relaxing person you can ever get for that. Relaxating, comforting, clean establishment, and just an all around good person . You can’t ask for anything else. I had things going on I didn’t know about and she explained them as we went along. All in all amazing and highly recommended.

Polly's ability to find all the trouble spots is absolutely amazing, and her knowledge of the muscle groups and their connectivity, as well as her energy work, are certainly unparalleled.
