I got a chemical peel and Botox (the newer formula without the protein that can lead to resistance), and they took the time to explain everything in detail—what they were doing, why it was beneficial, and how it would help my skin specifically. Emma was amazing throughout the facial—she consistently checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable and that nothing felt too intense. I’ve been going to PM Aesthetics for laser hair removal on my scalp (I’m 29, male) and I just had my 5th treatment out of a 6-session package. The experience has been great from the start. During the consult they were super honest and realistic, which I really appreciated. No sales pressure, just clear info so I could make the right call. They’re using a newer non-IPL laser for the scalp and I’ve been really happy with the results so far. Each session has gone smoothly, the staff are easy to talk to, and they always check in to make sure I’m comfortable. Overall, good people, good communication, and solid results. Definitely recommend if you’re considering laser.
