In regard to Anna Johnson's 1 star review, since it won't let me comment...Actually, under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), public businesses are required to provide reasonable accommodations, such as accessible seating, clear pathways, or modifications that allow equal access to services. However, the ADA also clearly states that businesses are not required to provide personal services, including physically lifting, transferring, or providing bodily assistance to a client. I will no longer be coming to Plush for services moving forward. Unfortunately, I was recently told I am required to bring another person with me in order to receive services. This is not a reasonable expectation, and it places an unfair burden on me specifically because of my disability. Most clients are not expected to attend appointments with an additional support person, and requiring that of me makes it clear that I am not being provided equal access to the services your salon offers. This is a hidden gem! I got the best color and cut EVER. Tara really listens to you and is not afraid of giving her input. I’m so glad I listened to her. She is AMAZINg and reasonably priced too. Such a sweet heart. Thank you Tara!!

The absolute best experience with Fallon & Brittney. I got a manicure and pedicure on Friday and by Tuesday my nails (I did built up gel) were popping off. I reached out and even after hours Brittney replied, got me a next day appointment with Fallon (on her day off!) to get them fixed. She knew exactly what happened (it was my healthy nails not her skills) and we went with hard gel to redo them. I could not have asked for a better experience with this salon. I am a people watcher also and listen to people interact, everyone that walked in was warmly greeted, promptly taken care of and treated very well. Thank you Plush team!
