I always have a pleasant experience here. It’s all about just finding the perfect tech for you who does your nails the way you like them to be done because they all are talented. Usually when I get acrylics I have Xavi on my nails and anyone can do my toes usually… the complimentary drinks are well made for a nail salon… they also give you a complimentary shoulder massage after your services. Not to mention they offer body massage as well. I tried them once for that service and it was okay for just a quick relaxation but I’d prefer to go to an outside massage therapist who specializes in the technique more but nevertheless I was satisfied. Come here, you won’t be disappointed!

I absolutely loved this place/ the sweetest staff, my manicure and pedicure are perfect. This is my new nail spot. Highly recommend. I had Rosse, Jessie , and Kenny was with customer next to me.. they are friendly and have a sense of humor. Great experience!

I’ve been coming to this salon many times since I moved here to Willis 4 months ago.I can’t say enough good things about my experience with May — she’s simply the best. I love the way she treats me, always attentive to every detail. However, the problem is the constant noise outside the massage room — it’s terrible, and it happens every single time. The last time, they gave me a discount, but that’s not the point. I come here to relax and pay for a good service, and that’s what I expect. What’s not fair is being unable to relax because of all the noise. This time, someone was calling for an “Anthony,” another person yelling for “Louis,” and even though there’s a sign on the door saying Do Not Disturb, someone knocked twice. Today tried to get a facial listed on the services at Plush and was told by 2 estheticians doing facials, they could not do a facial for someone with sensitive skin. When I asked what products they use, they said their products are not good for combination skin types or for sensitive skin. They went on to say they didn’t know how to handle sensitive skin, and were afraid of doing a facial for someone with skin like mine [fair with mild rosacea on the cheeks]. I was surprised, this is a standard facial and the kind of products used matter! Full failure…maybe they have good nail techs here? I was thinking if their facial/massage was a good option I’d switch to them for my mani/pedi. They seemed to be doing a wide array of nail sets, but I didn’t like how cramped and dark it is. Confirmin
