Let me start with the good. They keep the door locked, require temperature checks and that you wash your hands upon entry. The facility is clean and everyone was required to wear a mask. I felt safe and comfortable. The not so good... I came in for a consultation explaining what I wanted, my activity level, lack of experience with weave (hince the request for a consultation) and need for a no leave out style. I was told what to get, paid a deposit and came in for my appointment. My hair only lasted the night and lifted the next day. My hair line was barely plucked out and the stylist had to stop and go to the store to purchase tweezers. I contacted the stylist twice before she responded and she admitted that she knew the hair would lift and she let me come in for free to glue it back down

This place is amazing! The ladies are great and make you feel at home. I always get excited seeing Mrs Hope! Never a dull moment

The best service is performed at this location! I would never go any where else! Stop by and get beautified! I love Plush!

Beautiful salon with wonderful beauticians that are friendly and very patient with doing hair.
