Not the best nail techs in the area for sure. But fast and available yes. My experience from the first time I came wasn’t the best, but it wasn’t horrible. Today was horrible customer service and horrible nails. People expect ‘close to perfection’, not ‘it looks okay,’ and the lady that did my nails today was definitely not detail oriented. I am used to doing my nails with technicians that are booked out far in advance because they are so talented and have consistently delivered great nail services. But I went on a whim and tried a new person. I’m not even scoring my experience on customer service. That will automatically bring this review down to a one. These little handy-me down shops get away with it because they don’t look professional, so you don’t really expect professional service

The worst experience ever, my daughter and I asked for a specific style and color the technicians said no because it was too much design and too much money, then they proceeded to do their own thing while telling me that the color i picked was not good for Chinese culture they charged me way to expensive for something I didn't pick, and to top it off this happened to someone else too.

I hadn't came here in years but decided to come because I didn't want to drive to my regular spot. Dennis did my nails exactly how I wanted. He listened to me carefully and want very gentle. He didn't rush and gave options of the color powder nude I wanted. I went with the more pinkish nude tday. I asked for in between medium n long for length. Coffin. I went to the nail salon with a cousin and friend. I decided to get black tips. I sit where the lady at the front tells me to go sit and when I sat down, one of the ladies asks what I was doing sitting here. I told her the lady at the front told me to sit here. The woman who did ny nails was very rude. She cut my skin a few times and was done in less then 10 minutes. She tells me to go wash my hands and gives me the bill then walks away. My nails are really short and they charged $35. I'd avoid this place at all cost
