Plunge Boston

Really enjoyed my experience. I have been to other cold plunges but I liked this one bc it has sauna and cold plunges and Normatec massages. There are two saunas and 4 or 5 different temp cold plunges. Which is nice for beginners, if you don’t want to go super cold. You can take your time and I also tried the red light. I will go again and highly recommend.

I absolutely love Plunge Boston and enjoy every aspect of this place. Each visit leaves me feeling rejuvenated, recharged, and ready to take on the week. The experience is both refreshing and grounding, and it has quickly become something I genuinely look forward to. I recommend everyone give it a try and make it a weekly habit, you won’t regret it.

WAY better than any other recovery facility around!!! The water in the cold plunges are clean, the saunas are super high quality and the recovery boots and red light therapy really sets Plunge Boston apart from other facilities. I felt amazing when I left and had the best night sleep!! You get the most bang for your buck here!! I will definitely be back!! 🤩
