Pleasanton Dermatology

The dermatologist is wonderful. She had helped me with my acne issues with medication and topical treatment. I've been very satisfied with what she has done for me. I personally do not think the receptionists are the nicest at times. I had an appointment and they had cancelled it without even offering me another day. They had told me they had cancelled my appointment over a voice mail. They had no other appointments that month so I had to wait even longer for my medication. And when I had called to say I was moving, all they said was "You need to find a new one where you are moving too" Didn't even offer me a zoom appointment or schedule me another date so I could see her one last time. I was very disappointed with the treatment I had received from them.

I have been going to see Dr. Anna McNay for over 10 years and find her services (Pleasanton Dermatology services) to be a wonderful experience. They are professional, courteous and kind.
