Plaza Nails

I’ve been a loyal customer at this plaza nail salon for over 5 years, coming regularly with my three daughters. We usually spend around $300 per visit, so this experience was extremely disappointing. I paid $75 for cat-eye nails, and the clear coat peeled the same day. I went back on Monday to have them fixed, but by Tuesday they peeled again. I called and explained that I would come back by Wednesday, but due to work and personal obligations, I wasn’t able to make it until Thursday. When I returned, instead of standing behind their work, they tried to charge me $35 just for polish, even though the issue was clearly a product or application failure. I was told the only free option was a plain shellac, which is not what I paid for. I paid for a specific service and expected it to be done

Horrible!!! Don't patronize. I asked for pointy and got almond. Lady did my pedicure in 5mins and barely did anything to my feet. State needs to come verify their prices, I got 2 different prices

I’ve been coming to this place to get my nails done for the past 8 years. I never speak up because when someone complains they start talking about you in their language. Last time the lady left my nails so messed up that the guy had to redo all of my nails. Today, I go in and get another lady and my nails are left pointing in all different directions. They are thick and lumpy. And I paid $43 for a damn fill! I’m done getting my nails done. This is the end of the road for me.. last time I asked why she charged me $45 for a fill and she said because I got the sparkly powder.. so today I came in for another fill and I get charged the same price. I always paid $35 for a fill and even that was a lot for a fill. They don’t post their prices because they make up prices as they go. Don’t go here.

Best Nail Place With Good Prices, I Get Acryllic/Gel Nails Because I Like Changing Colors Without The Extra Cost. All Technicians Do Amazing Work. I Have Take Friends For Pedi/Mani And They Love It Also.
