Very unprofessional poor customer service. My appointment with Lee felt like I had no appointment at all. I was never greeted when I walked in and had to announce myself. The stylist left to get something to eat during my appointment time and was overbooked. Ended up leaving after waiting almost 2 hours. The stylist did not acknowledge me leaving and did not offer to reschedule. Oh and it seems like only public figures or influencers are having great experiences here. Very bias in my opinion.

Best Styles by far. Very courteous and friendly atmosphere. The Family oriented vibes is great ! Reasonable pricing & excellent service. I highly recommend this shop #platinumstyles

The owner Renee and her staff are very professional.She has been my Stlist for 15 years. I'm a public figure and I sometime require "spur of the moment" appts. They always accommodate me..They never disappoint!!!! Their knowledge of hair care blended together make the a well rounded Up Scale Salon ...Very Pleasant Atmosphere...Thank you Ladies for always keeping me Slayed!!!!

Very family oriented place of business with the Talented stylists Renee , Chassidy and lee. From when walk in to get ready for your hair to get washed to the ladies styling any style you can think of . I highly recommend these ladies to any body . They have done my mom hair several times and she was very satisfied. Quick weave , sew-in , natural hair , blow outs , kids braids , install frontals . These ladies gotcha .

Unfortunately my experience here was not as i expected. The shop was less than even presentable to the public, it was dark and dreary, it was as if it were a daycare with children and toys everywhere. When women go for a day of beauty its suppose to be like an escape for a day. Total opposite. Noise everywhere. And though Renee I think her name was continued to speak about her years of her experience in doing hair (or lack their of) she didnt even understand the style i wanted. Their isnt a 0 rating so Ive been for to tap 1 star. Though they are undeserving ..
