The staff was incredible. Haley cut my hair, she is so knowledgeable and wonderful to talk to. She did a lovely shag style layers on my hair, my hair feels healthy. Joe is also incredible, he did my boyfriend’s hair. His experience in the industry shows. He’s extremely knowledgeable and creative, we went in looking for a 90s Johnny Depp vibe and he knew how to deliver. The experience was amazing, I can’t recommend them enough!

Had a consult and was told my hair would look like the pics I brought and that Megan was very knowledgeable about color etc. going in with a bad color previously I needed to make sure I was understood and the stylist knew what I wanted. Well that didn’t happen. Went in the extremely blonde hair and came out with auburn-magenta hair. When I asked when she was blow drying she said “oh no it has blonde and is not what you are saying.” I thought ok maybe it’s the lighting. Megan knew I wasn’t happy but didn’t seem to care. I ended up calling later due to the hair is auburn-pink in color. She repeated said it’s my hairs fault not her… and to vasically deal with it. She didn’t care to make it better or to do anything really. I sent pictures and everything. Then she just stopped even talking. So

Extremely Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Care I want to share my experience at Platinum Salon to warn potential clients. I initially went in for a hair service with Erica. While the stylists did their service professionally, I started experiencing extreme hair fall within weeks. I tried to handle it quietly, hoping it would improve, but after nine weeks of ongoing hair damage, I reached out to the salon. Instead of listening to my concerns, the response I received from management completely dismissed my experience. Despite explaining the situation, the COO focused only on defending the salon and stylists, providing technical explanations while ignoring the fact that a customer was in distress. I had a wonderful experience in every aspect. I’m new to the salon scene as I’ve always done my hair at home. Maryn was extremely friendly and professional. I was nervous to make a big change to my hair, however she reassured me, explained everything to me in detail, and answered all my questions. My hair turned out amazing.

Anne and Savannah did an amazing job with my hair! Both made me feel comfortable and right at home during my entire appt. Both ladies were kind and professional, asking me constantly if I was doing okay. The entire staff was just all around amazing. You feel the joy and love of being at work and doing their profession.
