Platinum Salon

A bunch of incredibly RUDE women in this place. The owner was not friendly at all. They treated me as an inconvenience, way over charged for for a simple wash and cut, no styling. The haircut was terrible and I had to go to a different salon to get it fixed. These women, walking in her felt like walking into the movie Mean Girls. It was terrible. I'll never recommend or go back. And yes, I had an appointment but was still rushed though and left unsatisfied. Looking back, I should not have paid until I was happy with the cut. But no one cares if I was happy or not. Busy moms don't have time to be treated this way. Nor do I want to spend hard earned money at a place that treats people the way they treated me.

Very much enjoyed my experience at this salon. The staff was all very polite and enjoyable to be around. The space is neat and trendy; for having a salon where different ladies come and rent the booths this salon flowed very nicely. I found everything from the waiting area to the bathroom to be clean and sanitary. I will definitely be coming back! The stylist I saw was Chelsea, I want to recommend her to anyone looking to get work done, but then again I don't so she is still available when I need my hair done again lol.

I've been going to Kelly at Platinum for many years. She does a fantastic job. I have her cut and color my hair on a regular basis. Very clean place, professional, and they are willing to work with you and communicate what will work and not work so well.

Visited after hours, but the place is bright and clean, well decorated, and sensibly laid out. Service was excellent as the stylist was flexible and willing to let us make an after hours appointment. Ask for Jessica if you go!

Kasey Anderson did an excellent cut, color & highlight. It looks amazing AND she gave us a great deal. Highly recommend Kasey!
