As always Kalisha is the best hair stylist! She’s a true professional and I simply love how she takes care of my hair…. My hair is healthy due to Kalisha using the best hair care products and keeping me on a schedule with my hydration treatments and trims!!! I’m a long time client and I definitely recommend Platinum Plus Salon!!! By the way her salon is always clean … which is a Plus!!!

I have been a client of Kalisha’s since 2009. She has ALWAYS done a phenomenal job with my hair. As of recent, I moved further out (1 1/2 hours away) and had to try to find a stylist closer to me. The experiences that I had in my new area were worse than horrible. I began wearing wigs because I didn’t trust anyone else to do my hair as well as Kalisha. As of recent, I have begun to “suck it up” and make that drive to Platinum Plus Salon LLC and let Kalisha start back doing my hair. There is NO ONE that is able to do my hair the way that Kalisha does. From now on, I will be driving from Duluth to Henry co. For my daughter’s hair care and mine. Kalisha specializes in hair care (healthy hair), but she is also a master stylist. This is the ONLY stylist that I will let touch my hair ever again

I have been going to Platinum Plus for years. PLATINUM PLUS HAIR SALON LLC always work with you. Last week I had pneumonia and she did not charge me a cancelation fee. If you cancel it will show charged not cancelation fee. My hair dresser is not going to change anyone that does not deserve to be charge for service. She is a straight up person and as sweet as can be. When I leave here salon she make sure my hairdos are correct and I feel satisfied with her service.

Excellent services…I have been patronizing this business for 7 years and the customer services is amazing along with being accommodating to any changes to appointment times and the day due to unexpected delays from the distance I traveled to receive exemplary services. Customer service with professionalism is the reason why I keep coming back no matter the distance. I strongly recommend this salon for the VIPs and professionals who seek Elite service.

Used the booking app to make an appointment, the time slot was available for booking. Appointment was declined and stylist marked it as a cancellation on my behalf, so I was charged a cancellation fee if 50%. The stylist did not attempt to reschedule, nor offer other scheduling options, nor contact myself. Charged myself intentionally a cancellation fee. I’m not understanding the positive reviews for a person who does something of this nature. Since it was done via the booking app, there is NO way to get a refund unless given by the stylist. I should consider myself lucky that an individual of this character DIDN'T LAY HANDS UPON MY CROWN. Way to set the tone for the new year and your business. Update:1/23/25 IM NOT A SCAMMER.
