Daniel is outstanding…his work and professionalism are truly exceptional. However, my experience was severely undermined by the unprofessional and discourteous behavior of his wife. After being a loyal customer for several months, she abruptly informed me that the original price I was quoted was “a mistake” and increased my cost by $80. This is completely unacceptable. A reputable business should always honor its quoted prices…anything less feels dishonest and untrustworthy. To make matters worse, rather than addressing the issue with professionalism or accountability, she responded with lengthy, defensive text messages.
