Just had the worst manicure of my life here. The left hand has shiny polish and the right hand was not done correctly under the light and is a total mess. The lady noticed and kept rubbing oil on it thinking I wouldn’t notice, my nails are all crooked. I just spent $97 on a gel mani pedi for metro know have to go somewhere else to fix this mess :( I will never go back.

I've been going here for a little over a year and have always had a good experience. Logan is my usual nail tech and does beautiful work. Kim and the rest of the folks that work there are so sweet.

My favorite nail salon and I’ve tried a number of other salons. Excellent service all around. They’re great with gel, acrylic, designs etc you name it. Whatever designs I have in mind, they always nail it. And my set would last forever without lifting. Everyone is super nice and friendly. The owner, Kim, is so awesome and accommodating. Highly recommend!!! This set is 3 weeks old it looks like new. elegant French tip and fall color full set by Tina. Love it !!!

I have been getting my nails done by Kim at platinum nails for more than 5 years now. Hands down the best tech I’ve ever had work on my nails ! Nobody can ever make them as gorgeous and last longing without lifting like she can. She always fits me in and she’ll make time each time I break a nail. Lastly, everyone is so sincerely friendly and they treat you like family. So if you’re looking for a nail place that’s close by or a just a go to , then I highly x 100 definitely recommend this place.
