Mary is the absolute best! I’m a complete nail snob and have been bopping around ashburn and Leesburg trying to find the right person and I have stopped looking since finding her, she always does an IMMACULATE job with acrylic tips - from the shape to the durability and polish application. And she has such a fun personality. 10/10 would recommend.

Gel Manicure after one day . I already was upset bec Tina already nicked my toe nail and bled when she was cleaning it and now one day after …this ! Such a waste of time - I didnt have my glasses when i went and when i went home the next morning I saw my feet looking like this . Came back and had it done again . I have a flight in a few hours and so upset i had to carve time again. But they are all speaking vietnamese and had to tell them to speak English and tell me so i understand . They blame the polish but obviously its a Skill thing . Will Not be back .

I have been coming here for about 2 years now to get my nails done after my previous spot closed their doors. All I have to say is that this place is the best!! Mimi is wonderful and always helps me pick the perfect color. I always leave feeling like my nails look beautiful and I never worry about the quality not lasting me. My manicures last well over a month when I get them done here. I have started bringing my boyfriend's daughter with me every once in a while, Holly does her nails and she loves how they turn out every time. She typically gets acrylics, and they always look so natural. Holly is so talented! Everyone who works here is so helpful and kind. I highly recommend making this your go to spot for nail spa services!

Mary is the best! She's so friendly and easy to talk to-it feels like catching up with a friend every time I go in. On top of that, her space is spotless and she's super careful about cleanliness, which I really appreciate. My nails always come out perfect and she takes the right amount of time on each service. She pays attention to detail and goes the extra mile every time. I used to be a walk in girlie and now I never want to see anyone else. I'm so glad I found her & Platinum Nails!!!

Absolutely wonderful first visit for our mother-daughter mani/pedi time. We were a few minutes early to select our nail polish colors and were immediately greeted warmly and offered to be taken back at the same time and seated together. They immediately brought us infused water and a cup with complimentary crackers and cheese. My mother was assigned Tina and I was assigned Cindy. Both were very pleasant, professional, thoughtful, helpful and did a wonderful job. I enjoyed hearing Tina checking in on my mom throughout the service and striking up nice conversations with her. Our massage chairs were enjoyable, as was the light massages on the feet, legs and hands. Check in and check out was easy as well. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back. Thank you.
