Just walked in trying to get my hair and my son’s hair cut. No one greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. Customers service is everything. I see why no one was in there

Owner seems to have his head on backwards. His idea of running his business is to go into the parking lot and yell at people :0 Please cut hair and your attitude. Thanks!

Got a medium fade at this place. They gave not only left patches of hair on the back of my head, but they gave me a skin fade. Apparently they do whatever THEY want to do here whether it’s quality work or TRASH. I also made a whopping $35, just to have to go get my cut fixed elsewhere

I'm a Fayetteville native and Pine Forest High School "Trojan" Alumni. I recently visited my hometown and was referred to Platinum Kutz by my sister, Denise Miller who's a phenomenal hairstylist and barber at the shop. I'm an artist that allows other artists and creatives to be free in their interpretation. I sat down looking "rough" and rose up with all power in my head! LOL From a scale of 1 - 10 I rate this business a 9.5 because of course no one is perfect however one can be functioning at their BEST! I support Platinum Kutz!

Very friendly customer service. My son and husband have been getting their haircuts here for a while and I'm always satisfied with the outcome. As a woman I don't usually like sitting in the barber shop, but I did not feel uncomfortable or unwelcomed. Conversation was kid friendly, and they're able to cater to all hair types.
