Very nice salon. Clean and quiet, also very easy to get to on public transportation. My stylist was Karen. She was very kind and knowledgeable. She explained every step to me as it happened. I had a great experience and my hair looks fantastic!

I had a wonderful experience at Platinum Image salon.This salon is clean, well decorated and filled with professional stylists. Karen was my hair stylist and she is definitely a master hair stylist. She started on time, listened to my desires, she was patient, passionate and persistent with providing the best experience. She spoke to me with care and concern. I wanted a complete change because I was going through a lot. I trusted Karen and when she was finished I had to hold back tears because of how precisely she executed the style I desired. I received many compliments and will be a loyal returning customer. I love working with people who are passionate about their craft and I can tell Karen takes pride in styling hair.

I really appreciated Vanessa’s professionalism and kindness. She was careful and really sweet. Also I was stressed because no place had walk-in availability for a wash and trim, and they took me! Really grateful I came across this place.

She listens to your hair concerns, makes helpful suggestions, and then transforms your hair into a work of art. Karen has a lot of talent and ability. Karen has been doing my hair for over several years and everytime she slays my hair. I went from short to long and in between and she manages to do every style extremely unique. She makes me feel comfortable and I’ve became to feel like family with her. Karen is very informative and her staff is also great. Her husband sometimes come by and he’s very respectful and cares about his wife’s business. She is a wonderful hairstylist. When I had my short cuts, I’ve always received compliments. I highly recommend her business to anyone.
