I am very pleased and impressed with my experience at Platinum Fades (Cicero), with Erick Ortiz. From the moment I booked my appointment, Erick was professional, attentive, transparent and communicative. He listened to my needs and preferences, and delivered an amazing haircut that exceeded my expectations. I appreciated him willing to perform a scissor flow. His attention to detail and expertise are top-notch. I appreciate his respectful and friendly demeanor. Dont follow appointment times and take forever. Barbers take so long is like waiting for a female.

Got a haircut with Alan that day. I don't like the cut. It was way too short. I specifically said I want it kept long multiple times. I even showed a few pictures for an idea of the haircut. But he just kept cutting it down till I had basically no hair from when i came in. My sides are also messed up. One is too cut and not aligned correctly. I'm not happy with it at all.

Love this place. This is what a modern barber shop should be, some where you can sit down and talk and the service is great. I normally get my hair cut done by Rey I been following him for a long time (for a good reason). Fair pricing also theirs a good reason why they have multiple locations. Highly recommend this place.
