Becka is fantastic! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She is gentle with any procedure that may be necessary and at the same time fast and efficient. She tells you exactly what to expect before doing anything which is greatly appreciated and makes the experience painless. Becka is truly an excellent Dermatologist PA and the front office is so efficient and helpful. Plateroti Dermatology is hands down the best place in SLO county and perhaps in the state. We are fortunate to have such a high class caring and knowledgeable professional practice right here in Templeton.

Everything was done so efficiently. From when I checked in to when I was greeted by the medical assistant. She was very knowledgeable. I loved the PA. She was very thorough. It was a very positive experience. Check out and scheduling for my next appointment was efficient as well. Compliments to everyone.

Front desk staff immediately greeted my husband and self, providing quick and efficient check-in requirements. Though we were told that appointments were running a bit late, there was space in the comfortable waiting room and we were summoned for our appt very nearly on time as scheduled. Room was clean and doctor with assistant were prompt, comforting and complete with our exam and recommendations. Very professional while congenial for our annual derma-exams.

This is my first appointment with Rebecca McAlpin, and at this office I was a little bit hesitant because prior experiences with some of the other dermatologist’s in the area were not pleasant. Walking into the building I was acknowledged with a smile from staff, my appointment was on time. Rebecca Mcalpin was kind and calm did not rush the appointment. She answered my questions and provided great care. I have found my new Dermatologist! Give this office a try you won’t be disappointed. Tracy

Good luck scheduling an appointment. I took the morning off from work and waited in the waiting room over 45 mins. After waiting 4 months I had to reschedule my appointment because I needed to go to work and I couldn’t wait any longer. I should not have to take the whole day off just to be seen at the doctor’s leisure. Best part, the next available appointment is in 5 months with a PA. This place is a joke.
