My experience was wonderful! I went on a referral from a friend and I was not disappointed. I feared I was running late, but the shop owner, NovaLee was very understanding. She did an excellent on my hair (I am very picky). I was indecisive as I had not had my hair cut in over 6 months. She went with it, gave suggestions and did a great job! Oh! And she uses a straight razor instead of JUST using scissors for a better blend and softer looking cut. I very happy with the end result. The atmosphere was also relaxed and light. I highly recommend NovaLee and her shop.

Got my hair cut and dyed with Novalee and she did a great job. It's very nice to be able to go to a nice quiet little salon with an owner that knows what she's doing! I was happy to hear that she knows how to use razors to cut hair, it really does make a difference. This has nothing to do with Novalee - I wish we had some disabled parking for downtown shops! I hope our town is working on it with all the tax money they are charging us. I can't walk very far and when the day comes that I need to only use my wheelchair I won't be able to shop at home in Columbia Falls!

Great haircut experience! Went to the shop after hearing about it from other exchange students. Novalee is a pleasure to speak with, and the service was amazing. Loved her razor haircut technique!

I’ve been getting my hair colored by Novalee for 10 years and she consistently does the best job around!! She’s incredibly talented and knowledgeable. I can trust that I will get the best, long-lasting hair color, she won’t damage my hair and always a great price! Highly recommend!!
