I would like to say that the manager Jackie and other staff members at this location did an absolute amazing job on helping me get the items I needed. Jackie also went above and beyond on helping me with an issue that was not even hers to begin with. She provided me with options, explanations, and support throughout this whole process. Lastly, Jackie followed up with me today to make sure I will be getting my refund and an email confirmation as well with that information. From the moment I walked in I was cheerfully greeted by staff and they had an item that I needed ready to go in the front counter (I called before to confirm if they had an item I wanted in stock after I just had a really bad experience at another planet beauty store). But I had such a disappointing experience at this location I feel obligated to provide feedback on my experience. Retail chain store carrying mainly haircare and skincare products, along with a small handful of accessories, cosmetics, and perfumes. Looks like they offer some hair services in the back of their shop as well. They are located in a small plaza off Jamboree Rd, next to The Market Place shopping complex in Tustin. Fair amount of parking is available via the plaza parking lot. First time coming here. It's much smaller than expected with minimal selection. I called ahead and confirmed store inventory but when I got there, they didn't have the product I wanted 😞
