Taylor is incredible! She will help you find what is great for you and she really knows her products. They are where Bed Bath and Beyond was. They moved. I can see the difference with what she helped me choose. Its positive energy there with her!

I have spent quite a bit of money at this location and purchase a lot of cosmetics and skincare products. Each time I go to this location I have to seek out assistance from an associate who acts like they can’t be bothered with me until I end up spending +$400. On my last visit I needed to replenish my products but wanted to exchange one unopened untouched cream, for other items that I would use. I was told by the manager on duty that there was absolutely nothing she could do to help me, as someone who has worked in the industry for over 15 years I know this is not true. I guess I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I would recommend better training for your sales associates in their skincare lines as well.

Went to this location in Westlake for the first time. It’s super clean and organized. Natasha was working and was delightful. She was all smiles, upbeat, helpful and kind. She knows her product lines really well which I really appreciated! I will be back again!

Went into the Westlake location and Natasha was so nice and informative on various products. I was really shocked by her product knowledge but mostly appreciated her great customer service!
