Hi ladies, I love love this store specifically. They always have deals (always) compared to the other stores. Today I went in for dry shampoo and Frankie rose. Amanda was a great help. She even offered me to test some products at home.

I have been going to this store for 10+ years now and I have never encountered such a RUDE lady until now. Her name is Leona. I asked my mom to pick up the product that I purchased from December (unfortunately, it wasn't available on the day I purchased), and the way she dealt with my mom was very unprofessional. I called back to find out what happened, and true enough, she lacked customer service. When I was speaking to her, she ended up the conversation prematurely, did not allow me to ask all my questions. I asked to speak to their store manager and she told me to call Andrea the next day. This lady is not properly trained to handle complex situations and kept on telling me that there was a language barrier with her and my mom. I will never ever buy from this store again. You guys lost

I always purchase 3 cans of Shaper hairspray which of course would take me a bit of time to use. My last can had a defective spray. Upon returning it I was told that the associate would do it “this time” as doing me a favor and that there was a time limit for them to get credit. I have been a very long time customer and instead of saying they were sorry for the inconvenience, I was made to feel lucky they would help me with a defective product! My next purchase will be at the Tustin store.

Amazing customer service, as someone who is new to makeup I felt so welcomed by the service rep. Thank you so much for guiding me through and showing me options I will forever appreciate it and will absolutely come back :) I didn’t catch the name of the kind woman who helped me but the receipt says REYSTE09 so many thanks!
