Planet Beauty, Manhattan Beach, should be your go to boutique if you ever need a special gift!! They offer the cutest things at a great price!! Tonight I went in right before closing to finish some Christmas shopping and Peyton was so courteous and friendly!! I thought she was going to be upset and rude since it was literally 20 minutes before closing but it was the complete opposite! She answered all of my questions, never made me feel rushed and was very knowledgeable. So refreshing to receive such quality customer service. Thank you Planet Beauty, best place to shop!

Worse customer service I have ever experienced. I was sold a faulty product for $400, in the receipt clearly says I have 30 days to return, when I went to exchange they refused. All they said was sorry you can’t return it. The person there was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I was literally scammed out of $400. I have never had such a horrible experience. I would highly recommend you go anywhere else.

The store manager was very helpful in assisting me to pick out just the right products for my hair. Since one item was out of stock, she ordered it for me and gave me a 20% discount because of the extra trip I would have to make to pick it up. Excellent service !!

Knowledgeable and extremely helpful five star staff and selection! I love this place! Just an update there are particular staff members who are super helpful and really nice here and others who make me not want to shop here. I never write bad reviews, but their behavior is sort of like rude high school girls. I guess I will spend my money at Sephora. This shop says if you're unhappy with a product you can bring it back.... but they definitely act like they resent it if you do.
