Planet Beach

So far have had great experiences. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I tend to ask a lot of questions and everyone is very patient with me and answer all of my questions to my satisfaction. I just started the Hot Yoga this week and it's been an amazing experience. The facials are great. Definitely recommend this Spa to anyone wanting to improve their overall appearance.

Staff was nice but I was told 3 different things when I tried to cancel. Each person gave me a different answer about how much I had to pay just to cancel. I don't use the membership anymore because I don't have the time for it. So now I have to pay two months just to have it cancelled :/

Customer service game on point, services like no other I've experienced. My best friend and I signed up with all the information given and even the fine print. The staff was amazing, they are following cleanliness guidelines that made utilizing their facility safe and comfortable. Can't wait to go back. Thank you guys for giving us the ability to boost our confidence. Keep shining

As a new member to planet beach I must say that I'm completely impressed at the variety of services they offer and how friendly and informative all of the staff are. I especially love the newest addition to the spa Hotworx which I've been going to since last month and I'm obsessed I've never felt better and I'm also really looking forward to some of the new classes starting this month. This spa is definitely a must try you will not regret it!

Alyssa and her staff are friendly, responsive and the place is very clean. I love their beds especially the Vegas with red light therapy. Try them out. You won’t regret it.
