I scheduled a 6:00 PM appointment at Plan A Barbershop for my son after calling ahead around 4:15 PM. We arrived at 5:56 PM and found the front door locked, which I understood required calling the barber to be let in. I called and was told he’d come up in a second. After waiting outside for 7 minutes, I called again to check the status and was told he was still cleaning and currently cutting someone’s hair. I asked if we could at least come in and sit down, especially since we’d been waiting at the door, but was met with attitude. I asked how much longer it would be—he said 10 minutes. I told him I’d wait in my car and asked him to call me when ready. Instead, he called back to say he was “rubbed the wrong way” and was declining our appointment. I haven't had the best luck finding a barber who is good with giving women cuts but Terrence and his talent with clippers has definitely earned him a new customer! He is very professional, friendly and talented. He worked with my schedule and took the time to understand what I wanted.

Terrence took the time out to take me in and got me together. I was in a rush and really couldn’t find anyone but I reach out to him and he was available. He’s very professional, patient, understanding, and will also take the time to work with your schedule if you need him.
