I’m very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I came in for a perm service expecting professional results, and to get it done. Unfortunately, the outcome did not meet my expectations. As the service wasn’t even done. I voiced my concerns, and advocated that the rods felt loose, and Dinora the stylist working on my hair threw a 5 year old tantrum & decided not to continue my service just for voicing my concerns. As a client & as someone who’s done perms for a while now I’m aware how they feel in order for the service to come out as I usually get it done. She spoke to the owner of the place, & in front of everyone she said she wasn’t going to continue with the process. I went to this center on Friday evening. I noticed that it crowded and busy. It may be because people like their service. There were around 10 to 12 seats and all were getting occupied quickly. There was Spanish music , happening place, manager was formally dressed with his barber belts, instruments and hand gloves. There were taking business seriously. All barbers seems trained to me , as there services were fast and nicely handled. I took men’s haircut and beard trimming, it costs me around $30 + tip + taxes as I paid with card. There was plenty of nearby parking. I am giving 4 stars as floor was somewhat messier with hairs as they may not be getting time to clean it quickly due to crowd as it was occupied. This shop is awesome, professional, efficient and very pleasant people. My daughter’s hair came out so pretty, bouncy and full. And it lasted for two weeks. Thank you.
