Extremely disappointed. Alayn butchered my hair. Doesn't follow instructions, and does what he wants with your hair. I even showed him a picture of a previous haircut and he couldn't even do that. Everything is uneven, my head hair and beard is a disaster. Make sure you know who is cutting your hair. There's about one or two Barbers at this place that might do the job right, if they can fit you on their schedule. Not sure if I'll ever return to this place.

The barber cut me with the razor, please be more careful and Knowing how to recognize injuries in a client is important. Nobody wants a free haircut at the cost of a wound. Thank you.

I had a mix of emotions walking into PJ’s Barbershop for the first time after a less-than-ideal experience with another barber at the shop. However, Pedro the owner went above and beyond to turn my experience around. I was not pleased with my haircut and was ready to leave a terrible review. After reflecting on the matter, I decided to instead go the owner and give my personal feedback. And WOW, was I impressed! He personally took the time to listened and understand what I was looking for and ensured I left the shop completely satisfied. His professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for his customers are truly unmatched. These guys seem skilled and have a good environment from what I saw from the people that they were interacting with. Unfortunately for me my experience wasn’t the best. One of the barbers had a strong attitude and very serious personality. I understand that we don’t always have our good days maybe he was having a bad one. First thing he mentioned was that I need an appointment to be cut in the future. I walked in and asked first, front desk told me it was it was okay and someone will be available. I got a cut and beard trim, he was very rough and it just seemed like he didn’t really want to be there. If I’m paying to have someone touch my scalp and cut my beard with a blade, I expect them to be gentle and really focus on what they are doing. Don’t rush through it. My skin after that beard
