This was my first time visiting Pixie studio & it will not be my last. I have been feeling down in the dumps & have been so busy so I had fallen off of my regular routine of personal care. I am trying to get back in the rhythm & so last minute as I was getting off work I decided to look to see if anywhere was open for a brazilian. I called at 6:30 but hung up after 2 rings & realizing via google that they closed at 7 because i didn’t want to be rude & keep her late but she immediately called back & insisted it was no problem for me to come and that she would stay late for me to come. I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received at Pixie Sugar Wax... I originally booked my appointment for 12:00 PM and called to see if I could come in earlier due to a prior commitment. I was told I could still come at noon, but that I likely wouldn’t be seen until later because of an 11:30 AM haircut appointment. When I asked why I would have to wait, the employee responded that I booked online and other customer called her? I’m not sure why there is even an online appointment system if the business doesn’t intend to honor the appointment times booked via the web?? This was frustrating because the whole reason I called was to avoid being late for my plans. If the time wasn’t truly available, that should have been clearly communicated.
