Pixie Nail Salon

It was my 1st time going to this place and I will definitely not be going back. I had made an appointment with Ken over the phone and upon arriving for my appointment I was started on my pedicure in which I had on issues with. I had requested to get my nails done by Ken when making my appointment, but instead the same older lady with the glasses did my nails. This was all closer to closing and I would've been just fine returning the next day for a better service, but instead my service was rushed. I kept correcting the lady because she had not applied enough acrylic over my nail. She then said that it was okay because she was going to file everything down. She also didn't apply enough acrylic on the tip of 2 nails and it looked bumpy, so I corrected her again and she gave me the same excus

Very disappointed in Pixie. Paid $50 for gel Pedi and $80 for full set acrylic with design. My nails alone took 3 hours, and she ended up rushing at the end and smearing the whole design. I still tipped $40 because I am a nice person, but I will not be coming back to this salon. Rushed at the end, took too long to begin with, and overpriced for the ending quality of the nails.

This is my go-to nail place, they almost always have availabilities. Very clean, very modern place. 2023 Update: I don’t come to this nail salon anymore just because I wasn’t happy with their services anymore. So today was my first time back in over a year and I went because I knew they almost always have availability. And that was probably a mistake. I need gel removal and a REGULAR manicure. My lady was so rough with cuticles and cleaning out from under my nails. There was no one in the salon and she was still rushing the process. I was scared when she sprayed alcohol on my nails worried that I did have a cut. Luckily I didn’t…. Until after she sprayed alcohol 😐 she went back and cut more my cuticle ending in me bleeding….. she didn’t say sorry or try to cover it up. Then was Time to pu

I’ve been going to this nail salon for years! Ken always does an amazing job with my nail! Peter also does an amazing job with my pedicures. They make me feel comfortable and always make sure I’m getting well taken care of! I go out of my way to go to this specific nail salon (30 minute drive from my house), but it’s worth it!

Updating by review: I returned today (July 2022) to get a pedicure and a manicure (removing previous acrylic set). Today Peter worked on my feet and and it was absolutely perfect! However my friend, who I brought with me, was worked on by a different technician (woman with black hair), and my friend afterwards explained to me that she experienced a rough, painful experience and that it was not relaxing at all. :( sadness but did she like how her nails looked, but just was not relaxing at all... I guess it's important you get specific technicians? I'll keep coming here and next time I'll just request Peter again. He was detail oriented and I really liked how he worked on my nails. ---- old review ---- I've come here 3 times since April 2022. First time I came in April was day before m
