Chuck from Pip’s Beardcraft and Barber came to the hospital to cut my grandson’s hair, and we could not be more grateful. From the moment he arrived, he brought kindness, warmth, and such a positive energy into what can be a very challenging environment. My grandson was in a wheelchair, and Chuck handled everything with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. He didn’t just give him a fantastic haircut and shave — he made him feel comfortable, respected, and even managed to make the experience fun. That meant more to our family than words can express. The haircut was excellent, but what truly stood out was Chuck’s heart. Pip’s Beardcraft and Barber is lucky to have him. We highly recommend them.

Best barber shop in Springfield my honest opinion. The atmosphere was bar none Kick-Ass and my hair and beard will never see another barbershop besides pips so long as I live in Springfield. Keep up the good work guys you definitely won a new customer today!

Had such an amazing experience with Pip, he makes sure you receive a professional haircut at a great price and doesn't leave you with anything but an amazing cut. I went in there not knowing what I wanted and after letting him do his thing walked out of that store in awe. Great customer service and amazing location, would 100% recommend. Pip's is a vibe let me tell you. The atmosphere, the music creates a setting that will keep you coming back. My boy Chuck did me good. Great conversation even better cut. Definitely my new spot.
