The pictures do not match the place. This place is musty, unmaintained, and dirty. The furniture is old, tired, and uncomfortable. It takes more than an hour to even start the contract process. We called a week ahead to get two office spaces and none were ready for us. After waiting an hour and a half, the office wasn't ready and I missed several important work meetings.

PinnStation is a great place to have meetings and office space. The staff (specifically Olu) is friendly and accommodating. We have had a wonderful experience and plan to continue a long business relationship.

My Real Estate and Property Management Company chose Pinn Station when we relocated to Arlington. The office is private yet the common area has a community feel. The downtown location is perfect with multiple lunch places within walking distance. This office space is very professional and includes electric, WiFi, printing, scanning, faxing. You and your customers will be impressed!

Olu you are a gem! My experience here at PInn has been very enjoyable and successful. I will definitely recommend it to anyone in need. Olu keep up the good work...you are truly an asset to the company. 😊

The leasing agent Olu is awesome. Mr Bob the building owner is also very nice guy. I love being able to have my business here .
