I had an exceedingly unfavorable encounter with the stylist. Despite having made a deposit of $50, I found myself entirely disregarded when I attempted to inquire about the specifics of my upcoming appointment and the specific color I needed. As a result, I am now out of pocket for a service that I never received. It is important to exercise caution when booking with this woman, as the deposit is non-refundable even if they fail to provide the necessary assistance.

This lady has horrible communication skills. She takes your deposit but won’t respond to any messages and leaves you on read. Ignoring strings of messages forcing me to cancel an appointment and her pocketing my money. It’s unfair and wrong. Support black businesses?! Yeah okay

If you want to look and feel your best, than Pinky's is the place to be. This is a place where women can relax and just for a couple of hours, your worries are gone. This shop is so neat and clean, and the service is fast. And the price is right. Every time i leave from that shop i feel and look like a brand new woman.

I so love this lady. Her personality is so sweet. Even though there can be a wait time, its never a problem because the end result is beautiful silky long hair that don't care. go see Pinky and leave out looking like a BOSS
