Pinky's Nails 7

Customer Service is horrible, I asked for a full set and received a.manicure because the worker didn't feel like doing. Then had the nerve to tell me to come back tomorrow. I was in going to do it then she says you pay $35 today and $85 for what I originally wanted. I was very upset so I asked her why should I have to pay both days when you did not do the service I originally asked for. Then she started yelling at me and putting her hands in my face telling me to shut up. I KNEW then I had to go before it got totally out of hand. Such a rip off, I should of left once another customer was complaining about her nail falling off the next day.

I have seen Sara the last 5+ years, she has never once let me leave the store disappointed. Her nails are beautiful, and pinky’s seven is very clean and put together in the store. The staff was very friendly and patient. I received a full set of acrylics and a gel pedicure and they were gorgeous.I will continue to support Sara, I do believe her time and price is worth it.

Recieved a full set and nails started falling off the next day. I went back and they were very rude and wanted to recharge me to put the 2 nails that fell off back on. DONT GO THERE!!!!

Sara is the absolute best , especially if you are looking to do fun designs. She is super patient and pays so much attention to detail , she is up to date with trends while most salons are not. Her prices for what you get are very reasonable and my acrylics last me a month even with gems. I can’t say enough good things about her , her booking is super easy and I recommend her to everyone!

My nails were perfectly color matched to my birthday outfit. And they came out beautifully! Stephanie did an amazing job.
