I went to salon and should tech a pic of what I wanted and she did horrible job. She became a lil hostile so I left and called to complain, went back the next day and her husband fixed my nails and she still was talking about me in her language

Overdue but Worth Sharing! This review is long overdue, but better late than never! My husband and I have been loyal customers at Pinky Nails for the past five years, and from day one, owners Tammy and Twan—along with their amazing team—have been nothing short of wonderful. From the moment you walk in, they greet you warmly and make you feel truly special. As fellow business owners, we love supporting our local community and have referred many clients their way. I just got a pedicure and pink-and-white nails, and as always, the attention to detail is perfection! My nails look fresh and flawless, and I constantly receive compliments. Thank you, Tammy and Twan, for your dedication and outstanding service. We’re so grateful to have you in our community—keep up the amazing work!

Today would make the 3rd time I've come to Pinky Nails & Spa in Columbia, both times I've had the pleasure of having Nail technician Rose do my pedicures and she does a wonderful job, takes her time, kindly communicates clients wants, is gentle and gives the best leg and foot massages. I love my pedicure and I will be back again in future to book an appointment with Rose! Thank you Rose, you have lifetime a client here 🫶🏽🫶🏽

So this is an update to my five stars I previously left 10 months ago. I'm going all the way down to two stars mainly because the owners there do not listen. Was in a rush today and had to get my nails done. Called in asked for any of the ladies, Nana and Tina are sweet and will have you lookin neat. Spoke to the owner and said I can be seen by her if you have time. She said yes come in when I go in to get my nails done. She tells me to go ahead to her husband. I sat down and as usual he's impatient. He's not filing my nails the way I want. He laughs and gets up and walks away. I hate to give this place two stars. Actually I should take it down to one but the reason I don't is because Nana and Tina worked there and they are really good. They better do their best to keep those employees

The photos show what I wanted vs what I got. I showed the nail tech what I wanted with various photo examples. No dip colors that they had were coming close to the photos. He showed me examples of numerous colors, which I appreciated. However once he saw I was disappointed in the selection he started getting irritated with me being indecisive. It got to the point that he said “If you don’t know what you want then I can’t help you anymore. I just work here.” I began to feel very uncomfortable. I ended up agreeing to a color that he said would be similar to the photos. It ended up not being close at all. When I asked for almond shape, he said my nails were too short. Which I don’t agree with because almond can be done on short nails. I think he just didin’t have the skill set to do it. Long
