Pinky Nail Salon

My daughter bought me Pinky for my birthday. Pinkie has a lot of room, natural light, and a great selection of colors. They have eight chairs for pedicures and eight chairs for manicures. The technicians were ready for us, and they were proficient and amicable. My nails look very clean looking and perfectly done. I do recommend this place.

I realize the fragility of manicures-- I've never actually wanted my money back for a manicure as the damage is usually my own doing, but this is the sloppiest, rushed, poorest quality manicure I've ever gotten. And I don't think its for lack of ability, but sheer laziness. I'd like to give the salon the benefit of the doubt and say it was an off day for my technician as this was my first time here and my friend's nails, while still subpar, were not nearly as bad. I could *SEE* as she was putting on my base coat in single, rushed strokes that she wasn't covering the whole of my nail. I got a dip manicure here for $60 on a Sunday. Multiple of my nails chipped and broke within the first week of having them done. On the next Monday night at 5 I called at night to see how late they were open, they told me 8 and I said okay I will see them later that night. I walked in at 6 and told them I needed to get my nails fixed and a pedicure, without any other information I was told they could not take me tonight and to leave. They did not try to reschedule or tell me when to come back. I then told them that I had gotten my nails done by them last week and that they were already breaking and asked if they could give me a partial refund since they weren’t interested in fixing them. This is a reliable consistent spot for nails. Parking is convienant, clean, consistently positive experiences. Always flexible/willing to get you in. They are also very good to my 7 year old. She has been doing the child’s nails the last two years. She always feels special and specifically requests this nail salon.

I got a gel manicure on May 14th, it’s June 9th and it still hasn’t chipped! If I was local this would be my go-to spot.
