I love Pinky Nail on Southport! The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm! The salon's atmosphere is clean, modern, and relaxing, which made me feel comfortable right away. I opted for a manicure and pedicure, and the technician was absolutely fantastic. She was professional, attentive, and took her time to ensure my nails looked perfect. The range of colors and designs available was impressive, and I appreciated the quality of the products they used. Overall, Pinky Nail exceeded my expectations. I came in as a walk-in for a pedicure and received the most aggressive and rough service I have ever experienced. The nail technician handled my feet so roughly and painfully that at one point I had to tell her, "You are hurting me." An experience that should be relaxing and pleasant was instead unnecessarily rough and unpleasant, and I could not wait for it to end.

Pinky consistently has the best gel manicures! They are quick, have great service, and my manicure always lasts 2+ weeks.

Was charged 70 dollars for the worst pedicure I’ve had in Chicago. First tech scratched the crap out of my toes, was replaced by another woman who didn’t scrub/massage my feet or legs at all. (Saw the woman next to me get her legs and feet massaged) save your money and go to VIP NAIL SPA on Belmont.

I am from New York. I was looking for an excellent nail salon, and I found Pinky Nail! It was a pleasant experience in Chicago. They are so kind and have high-quality skills. I love my Christmas nails!
