Pedicure was great! The lady was nice and got a lot of dead skin off of my feet. The water was a bit cold, but I’d get the pedicure again. They never asked which pedicure we wanted, so we were charged the $55 shellac pedicure ($20 more than the basic express). Took 45 minutes and looks decent. Manicure was a mess. I asked for a full set acrylic French tip (listed for $50) I got gel and expected and extra $5. But nooo. First I was almost charged $10 because I requested a form (I didn’t want plastic tips) and the gel polish was $15 extra. Total was $130, which is too much. The form wasn’t done very well. Unfortunately my over 2hr visit ended in disappointment. This nail salon looks nicely decorated and the employees seem nice but there are many HIDDEN CHARGES! My sister and I visited this establishment, she called ahead for 1pm appointment. Upon arrival we washed our hands and chose a color as instructed. We both chose gel for our pedicure which was nice. The staff did not ask us which type of pedicure we wanted. My sister’s water was colder but mine was a nice temp. The stones were given without asking us but we thought it was the normal procedure. One of my stones was too hot and I flinched and told the woman the issue. She quickly apologized and that was that. The pedicure took about 30-45mins total. Overall it was good. I went there today for the first time for a pedicure. I was extremely satisfied with the attention to detail and the quality of the products used. The staff was so friendly and accommodating, making my first visit a truly enjoyable experience. I couldn't be happier with the results! My nails look amazing, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend!"

Nails came out nice but staff are rude. Called a day prior and was told they do rhinestones. Came in, told me they do not do rhinestones while I watched a different employee walk over to grab a container of rhinestones.

Tried this place for the first time today. Super clean and spacious. The staff was very professional. Good atmosphere. Tina was professional, gentle, respectful, and meticulous. Will be back!
