I recently visited Pink Noire Hair Supply in Memphis, excited to see the store after its recent repairs. The interior design is impressive—clean, stylish, and well-organized, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. The merchandising is thoughtfully arranged, and the store's overall presentation feels modern and inviting. However, I did encounter a few issues. First, I noticed a discrepancy between the sticker prices and the register charges. For example, an item marked at $10.99 rang up as $19.99, and there was no adjustment made. Honoring the displayed price would enhance customer trust and satisfaction. Additionally, while the store carries a decent selection, I found the stock of hair supply styles displayed at the front of the store to be somewhat limited, which was disappointing

This was my first time in the store and it was clean. Everything was presented well and the music they played was good. The staff was friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about their products. Victoria helped me pick out a concealor and a leave in conditioner for my hair type. I will be coming back, and I suggest everyone come here for their beauty needs.

I had a splendid visit today! I showed up just a tad bit too early but I was greasers by someone in the parking lot and they stayed the store opens at 12 PM. The store is still in phase 1. Great selection of natural hair care products and some braid hair and crotchet hair options.

This store is amazing, they had exactly what I needed. The aesthetic of the store is also top-tier. Their service and attentiveness made me feel appreciated as a customer.

The customer service from India was pleasant and helpful. The fun, classy, and girly atmosphere was a vibe. The pricing was fair too.
