Do not go here! l've been a loyal customer at this nail salon for years, but the way I was treated today was completely unacceptable. At approximately 11:00 AM, I called to book an appointment for a regular pedicure and manicure. I specifically mentioned that I was very flexible and could come in at any time. They confirmed a 1:00 PM appointment. When I arrived shortly before 1:00 PM, I was told they were very busy and that my manicure would be done first. I explained that I had requested the pedicure first, only to be told, "You need to state that when you make your appointment." I replied that I did. I’m visiting from Virginia and needed a pedicure urgently, I came in half an hour after they opened and was seated right away on a Saturday, right after my arrival the place started to get busy, I asked for a regular pedicure which was inclusive of massage and the job was carefully done. I’m very satisfied with the work and would return but I’ll ask for fast drying polish or gel. Price is regular as expected but I loved the fact that parking is plentiful.

Two weeks later and NOT ONE CHIP on my gel manicure, which is actual insanity because I’m an extremely rough person who typically cannot make it through two days. I never write reviews but I’m so impressed I had to take the time. Also, they were so nice and accommodating... I couldn’t get Harry Potter nail decals on short notice so I wanted to try to use stickers ... instead of turning me down, they rolled the dice on my idea and it worked! The girls were all so into it, it was like a team effort, it was so fun and I ended up with the perfect nails for my bachelorette trip to the Wizzarding world of Harry Potter in Orlando! Can’t beat the price either. Highly, HIGHLY recommend.

If I could give this place 0 starts i definitely would. I went to get a gel pedicure and acrylics done and was highly dissatisfied. My gel pedicure look like it was done by a 5 year old with missing spots that were not painted. The lady who did my nails was pushing on the skin under my nail so hard back that it was hurting me and I told her and she didn’t care. I asked for acrylics and instead she did something else and said “it’s better”. Not only did my nails look uneven and some bigger than the other but one of them came off ) days later !! It’s been 8 days since I got my nails done here and almost all of them are coming off. Not only did my nails look disgusting but it took them almost 3-4 hours for them to do it.
