The quality of service Has declined drastically since Natalie’s departure. It’s honestly impressive how consistently unprofessional this business manages to be. From start to finish, the experience was disorganized, poorly communicated, and handled with a level of indifference that’s hard to ignore. Basic expectations — timely responses, clear information, and competent service — were somehow too much to ask. What was delivered fell noticeably short of what was promised. This was my second disappointing experience at this nail salon, and I feel it is important to share my concerns so others can make an informed decision. I visited for a full set and the technician seated at the second station from the register began removing my previous set using a very aggressive method rather than soaking or carefully filing them off. The technique was uncomfortable and appeared to be causing damage to my natural nails. I respectfully expressed my concern during the process. In response, the owner stated that I should have specified in advance that I did not want my nails removed in that manner. I found this concerning, as clients should be able to rely on licensed professionals to use safe and appropriate removal techniques without needing to provide instruction. Unf

I’ve been getting my nails done by Vivi for years and she’s always been amazing! Her work is beautiful, consistent, and she always knows exactly what I want.

Ah wish I read the reviews!!! $45 for reg mani / pedi and it looks like crap. The place was empty, mid day on a random Tuesday; I shouldn't have ignored that sign. Opted for clear coat only and it has tons of bubbles. Also some nails are rounded and others are square!

I went into that nail salon by accident and I'm so glad I did, the people were so nice and accommodating. Very kind and welcoming and my nails absolutely super duper superb. They are a five star in my book I'm definitely going again.
