On 2-14-2026 I had made an appointment and showed up for my appointment. Before sitting down I was asked to see the photo and was given a price of $65. During the appointment I was not talked to or acknowledged. My nail tech lily who in which told me $65 went up to the counter after my appointment and put into the system $90 and put it in as an additional charge. Don’t ring it up as GEL -X nails. when I was told $65 and when I had asked about the up charge I was throw around and not given a full answer all I got was gel- X nails. Which is just nails glued on with gel on top. I ended up calling later that day and the manager laughed at me and said she doesn’t speak much English. Visited Pink Nails and Spa today for the first time & it did not disappoint! Kelly was my nail tech and was so attentive. The mani/pedi was one of the best values I’ve had in town. So much packed into the service that was “included” and not “an add on.”
